VIP treatment and service. Honestly words can not express how grateful I am to all at CatchLife & Termessos Hospital. It was a great experience and my surgery and recovery has been a success. Dr Umut Riza Gunduz is a compassionate and skilled surgeon and I can not fault the care he provided. From the initial consultation to my aftercare following surgery. Dr Umut speaks English and tries his best to explain the process and answers any questions or queries you may have with professionalism and care. The nurses at Termessos are empathetic and highly skilled. I had zero pain from cannulation, to the bloods to incision care. They are a friendly and exceptionally hard working team. The hospital is big and spacious. The private room exceeded my expectations. All this was possible thanks to CatchLife Obesity. Tunahan was my coordinator and no question went unanswered he was available on hand at the drop of a text and call for any queries I had. Tunahan is incredibly informative, helpful and courteous and he made sure everything ran smoothly from the airport transport to my discharge. Arina at CatchLife was my field coordinator she was incredibly supportive and put me at ease through my tests and surgery. She has the biggest heart and instantly makes you feel you have known her a life time. Arina made sure I had everything I needed along with her colleague Wemma. Wemma greeted me at the airport with the friendliest welcome and the driver was so helpful. I would highly recommend CatchLife for the gastric sleeve as my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The standards, service and experience surpass any treatment I have recieved in the UK. I went to Turkey in December 2022 I had my gastric sleeve done the day after arrival my op went well. The staff were amazing the nurses - and cleaners and even the surgeon and not forgetting the amazing coordinators. Even once discharged Olivia took us shopping and visited the old town and went horse riding in the hills, not me - my niece. I done my own investigation and went with AYT and I’m so glad I did. They are definitely a 10/10.

I asked for minimal changes. I wanted my love handles lipo'd, my hip dips filled, and a natural projection in my butt. Dr. Celik did exactly that. I am three weeks post op and I can't stop staring at my body. My waist is so tiny, I have no fat in my stomach, love handles or bra line. My butt is nice and round and I am completely smoothed out.

My review of Cosmetocity, in Antalya following a tummy tuck and liposuction. I contacted Cosmetocity and within two to three hours, I received a message from Cihan on WhatsApp. I was so impressed with the quick response. I told Cihan what I intended on getting done and he asked for a photo of my stomach. I was nervous when asked to do so but he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. He showed complete respect for my feelings and then send me a detailed plan made for me. This included lots of information about my surgery, surgeon and hotel etc. This helped with any queries I had. And believe me I was always asking questions. When I had decided to book my flights I send confirmations to Cihan and he provided me with when my surgery was due. He had made preparations for me to be picked up from the airport by his team. At the airport, I was greeted by a Cosmetocity team. There was a nurse called Fatima Nur, who was very kind and caring. I was also accompanied by Cihans company partner named Mert who had a beautiful nature and was extremely caring. Another colleague was named Furkan, he always made me laugh and was a charming driver. There are two partners in this company, Cihan and Mert. Cihan will usually be the first person who you speak as he handles all correspondence via WhatsApp. You will meet Mert when arriving in Antalya. If Cihan cannot accompany you to your checkups Mert will always be there for you. He will drive you wherever you want and has a caring nature. He is incredibly intelligent and had years if nursing experience. If I was feeling down he would always know how to cheer me up. He would always ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He is so compassionate and always made me feel special. I was impressed by the VIP transport and the kindness shown to me within a few minutes of my arrival. They took my luggage and make me feel at ease on our way to the hotel. We connected instantly and all my worries and anxieties had gone whilst I was in their company. We arrived at a beautiful hotel. I was checked in by Mert and was given a pass to my room. I was then offered food but I was too tired so went to bed. The following day I went downstairs to have some breakfast and checked out the hotel. I have to mention the staff at the hotel work constantly to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and asking to top up drinks etc. The food was like the artwork it was so beautiful and delicious. I felt so pampered. I was a woman travelling alone but I felt so safe. They had incredibly tight security which helped you feel 100% relaxed. I had two days to myself before surgery so I went for a swim and spa experience, the facilities are really good I found that there was lots to do. Later on Cihan and his team came to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic to take a blood test and a health check. Where I filled consent forms and had a covid test. Then I met my surgeon for the first time. As soon as I met him I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my surgeon. He has this amazing mysterious aura about him. I felt so humbled in his presence. He had a look at my stomach and back and explained what it was he was going to do. You can see his mind working, he knew exactly what he was going to do and was confident that I would be really pleased with the results. I had put my trust in him with no hesitation. One day before my surgery Fatima Nur offered to take me shopping and a coffee. Mert picked me up from the hotel and took us to the shopping centre. This was great as I was able to build a relationship with my nurse. We shopped, gossiped and had coffee. It was not part of the plan and was very unexpected. The team always put me first and went out of their way to make me happy. The following day I went to see the surgeon again. He did some markings on my body. He was a total perfectionist and professional. So the big day arrived! I was told not to have breakfast and Fatima Nur Mert and Cihan picked up and took me to the hospital. I was admitted and given a gown. We waited for the surgeon and Mert Cihan and Fatima Nur made me feel comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. I was given a spacious hospital room with ensuite. It was very clean and smelt so fresh. The hospital staff were very welcoming and reassuring. I vaguely remember my surgeon looking at me with a beautiful reassuring smile. The next thing I know the surgery was completed and I was back in the hospital room. Fatima Nur tried waking me up and I was asleep for about 2-3 hours. She was so kind and stayed the whole night with me. My surgery was alot bigger than expected as I had alot of body fat. Considering the fact my tummy tuck was all across my stomach and back, I couldn't believe I had woken up with no pain. I found this so incredible. The nurses were constantly checking up on me and providing me with any medication etc that I needed.

Great process Burcak was a fantastic excellent host and so professional. Dr from clinic also very professional start to finish. Day 1-2 suffered with stomach cramps nothing too bad. Medication give was great for the 3-day anti-sickness. No nausea at all after the balloon was fitted. Day 3 stomach cramps still here but nothing major. So happy so far with the process can’t thanks New Me clinic enough for everything.

I am very satisfied with the result of the operation. My wishes were honoured and understood. I was also given security and I was supported. I was always supported and well accompanied by the organisation, transport, operation and the way home. I was always helped with questions or problems. I can only recommend this company!!!

had surgery in 2022 my surgeon Dr. Bahadir Celik was so lovely and had a mommy makeover the whole experience was brilliantly well looked after. I'm now here again to see him again I trust him completely the staff are lovely. My whole experience is 10 out of 10 even down to Mel who talks and sorts everything out for u on WhatsApp lovely people.
