I was so impressed with Maxxclinic from my first enquiry about an armlift procedure, they were so organised, always came back quickly with answers to any questions I had no matter how small they were, nothing was a problem for them. They gave me a clear breakdown of pricing which was very reasonable and also a couple of options with regards to my procedure dates which was great. I was picked up from my hotel by a wonderful English-speaking interpreter called Sude who was so lovely, she stayed with me all of the time, checked me in at the hospital, made sure I understood all of the paperwork, made sure I was happy with the hospital room and kept me updated about the time of my procedure. The hospital room was lovely and clean and everyone looking after me were lovely. The consultant who performed my operation spoke very good English and was so lovely, he explained the procedure well and at no point did I feel nervous or worried. Sude came back after my operation and made sure I was OK and also told me she'd be back in the morning to collect me and take me back to my hotel. Throughout my stay in Turkey Maxxclinic messaged me regularly to check on my progress. I really couldn't fault their service at all, they were professional and helpful at all times and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again in the future. I am now 1 week and 2 days post op and I am feeling great! I have had a mini TT and 360 lipo and also went with my friend who had breast uplift with 360 lipo. The service and whole experience have been amazing! I have never felt so looked after! I have had multiple surgeries in the UK and the aftercare and experience have been so much better with Clinic Europe. Anywhere we needed to go, we sent a text and the driver was there! Appointments were arranged and the driver was there. The room service was incredible and the room was so cosy and clean for our recovery, ozgun was at the hotel daily to visit and change our dressings and was available for anything we needed, she is so sweet 😊 Hazel was our host and organised everything for us and anything we needed she organised. It was so nice to speak to our surgeon beforehand as he spoke very good English! Although the hospital staff could not speak good English. But the night nurse we had during our hospital stay was so lovely! She cared for our needs and we felt so looked after! The hospital was clean and comfortable for our stay and overall the whole experience has been fantastic! I would 100% recommend this place and will defo be returning for future surgeries, thank you so much, guys. P.S.
