Introduction The plastic surgery is a unique medical speciality concerning their ways and means, standing out of the remaining surgical specialties, by its versatility and skill in the restitution to the sick individual, the closer relationship morphology/functionality of his normality sense. The dichotomy cosmetic/reconstructive surgery are two faces of the same coin, once it is not possible to face the resolution of the aesthetic defect without possessing solid and practical knowledge of the procedures of reconstructive surgery. That is the reason by which the aesthetic surgery will only be able to be executed with the whole trust and fullness, by the Plastic Surgeon solidly educated in reconstructive surgery.
