Marcin Jadczak, MD, PhD, is an otolaryngologist and aesthetic medicine doctor.
He graduated from medical studies at the Medical University of Warsaw in 2001. He specialized in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery - at the ORL Clinic of the Military Medical Institute in Warsaw. In June 2012, he defended his doctorate in otolaryngology. In 2007, he graduated from the Postgraduate School of Aesthetic Medicine. He constantly develops his professional interests and medical competences, both in the field of otolaryngology and aesthetic medicine.
In May 2019, he passed the European exam in facial plastic surgery and met all the requirements to receive a certificate awarded by the European Board For Certification In Facial Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery.
The European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery was established in 1977 under the auspices of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In 2013, the European Board For Certification In Facial Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery was established. The mission of the Academy is to improve the quality of facial plastic surgery in Europe. The European Council assesses the qualifications of candidates for facial plastic surgeons. The certificate awarding process includes an assessment by a committee of 100 clinical cases presented by the candidate and passing a 2-part exam.
He was one of the members of the team that was the first in Poland to perform an extremely complicated catheterization procedure of the paranasal sinuses (led by Prof. D. Jurkiewicz and K. Szczygielski, M.D.). He was the first in the country to perform the Slim Lipo laser liposuction procedure. During his professional career, he combines his medical interests, focusing on head and neck surgery, in particular rhinoplasty surgery.
