I travelled from Ireland for the smas facelift and neck… Dr Rataj and Natalie are true professionals, Natalie went out of her way for me, making sure everything was perfect..Dr Rataj explained everything in detail, and has a very calming nature. The results are absolutely amazing, so natural looking,100 percent satisfied… I was swollen the first night, no pain but no problems after that, I was on my flight back 2 days later, took it easy for the first week, went back to work the second week, very easy to hide with my long hair. I would recommend staying in the Leo apartments, very central. The price I paid was only 3,700. I highly recommend Dr Rataj, very skilled and professional.

The excess skin and fat around the abdominal area is a major problem for many men and women. It is mainly caused by a rapid and significant weight loss. No matter how much exercise we do or what diets we use, it is simply impossibe to achieve the desired look. Very often in such cases  the only solution to feel comfortable in our own body is to undergo the Tummy Tuck procedure. Abdominoplasty, as it is also referred to, removes the excess skin and fat which makes our tummy look smoother and firmer. If needed, the procedure also restores and tighten the abdominal muscles. The surgery is done under general anesthesia and lasts around 2 hours. The incision is usually made along the bikini line, between the navel and the pubic area. Its length and shape depends on the individual needs of a patient. In some cases it also necessary to make another incision around the navel. They all involve inserting a tube through a small incision in a certain area and removing the fat cells. During the consultation you will discuss the body parts  you would like to correct (which may include the waist and back, hips, buttocks, stomach, outer and inner thighs, knees, and the area around your chin). For smaller areas the procedure is often done within one day using local anesthetic injections, or an epidural if your lower body is being treated, however if  the surgery concerns bigger parts  of your body, you may need a general anesthesia and an overnight stay at the clinic. The results are visible immediately, however in the following days or sometimes even weeks your body may be swollen. You will be required to wear a supportive bandage or garment to help reduce the swelling and achieve the desirable shape. The final effect is visible after several months, when the swelling completely disappears. As long as you maintain healthy lifestyle and control your diet, you will enjoy your new slimmer shape and enhanced self-image.

So right now I’m sat in a hotel in Poland after having a mini breast uplift and implants. I'm a 30-year-old mum of one. I breastfed and also gained and lost 5 stone due to my pregnancy so I hated my boobs. I was looking to go to Turkey for breast surgery but my friend messaged me and told me how well her surgery had gone with Dr Piotr and her before and after pics were amazing, so I messaged Evelina and got the earliest surgery date I could before I changed my mind and chickened out. Evelina was amazing, she has a degree in English and so probably speaks even better English than I do! She’s so knowledgeable and understanding, she messages you back instantly and makes you feel at ease. I had the assistance package with her where she picked me up from the airport and took me to my appointments etc - I think I’d of been too scared to proceed without her. I’d highly recommend taking the package. I had my surgery on Monday morning and today is Wednesday. The clinic was very clean, the nurses were so lovely! They didn’t speak much English but it was like having my mum with me, they were so smiley and helpful I felt safe in their care. The doctor himself is such a friendly cheerful guy, I really wanted a full breast lift with anchor scars as I was adamant I needed it - he promised me I never and, not wanting to disagree with his expertise, I went ahead with a mini lift (crescent lift) - I am so! Glad I took this advice! I can honestly say my boobs right now look fantastic! It’s only two days in so they’re swollen and sore but as far as placement and lift go, they’re so natural and don’t look stuck on which I’d of hated. Being a young girl coming to Poland by myself for such a big surgery was honestly petrifying and I can’t actually believe I did it....but as of right now I’m over the moon with the service I have received, the price I paid and the end result. I’ll write another review in 6 months time but hopefully, I’m just as happy if not more so with my new boobs! I remember reading this page before my surgery date thinking are these reviews genuine, do they get a discount or something for a positive review...but if your reading this I promise this is my real genuine thoughts about Dr Rataj Clinic!
