Biography:
Originally from the South Island, Winston graduated from Otago Medical school in 1996. Most of WInstons specialist plastic surgical training was carried out in Christchurch and Middlemore hospitals and he received his FRACS (Plastics) in 2005 (Fellowship Royal Australasian College of Surgeons) also gaining the prestigous Mentor Prize for aesthetic surgery. Presently Winston is the head of department for plastic surgery at Waikato Hospital and is also the supervisor for plastic surgery registrar training through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
