The communication has been excellent. I am concerned about the experience of the physicians available in resurfacing . Also, I have a small medical procedure here locally that I must get finished before I travel.
The questions I have is how many resurfacings have they done? Are they familiar with only replacements or are resurfacing procedures standard for them?
The coordinator, Diana, seems very pleasant, but for some reason, the phone connection was very much filled with static. I will speak with her again maybe and have a better connection.
