Biography:
Exclusive specialist and qualified to the Council of the College of Physicians in plastic surgery, plastic and reconstructive, and accredited by HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé). Dr BINDER himself carries out all medical and surgical procedures in approved establishments. He was trained in the Parisian plastic surgery department. He is the former Head of Clinic and currently Hospital Practitioner part-time in the plastic surgery department of Pr Revol at St. Louis Hospital in Paris. He also held a liberal activity in Paris and Rueil-Malmaison.
