I had a breast reduction and uplift. I am 53 and was a 34E. I searched around and saw Mr El Gawad’s reviews and they are ALL 5*. I made contact and he rang me straight back. I had a telephone consultation, then a face to face conversation (all due to coronavirus restrictions). He is so personable and friendly and tells you straight about the whole process and the procedure and makes sure you are fully aware of any contraindications from surgery. I then booked surgery and had the procedure. I was in for 1 night and discharged in the morning. Mr El Gawad contacted me to check up on how I was feeling and reassured me of the days ahead. I needed to speak with him on a couple of occasions and a quick message to Rachel and he immediately contacted me and that was late evening too when I was expecting maybe the next day! for me that was the biggest reassurance, it truly was 5* service in the truest sense. He is professional, kind and reassuring, funny and a super guy! Someone who can put you at ease straight away. Rachel is a godsend and they make a perfect team. You are in excellent hands with Mr El Gawad and I have no hesitation in recommending him for your surgery.

AMAZING from start to finish. I met a few surgeons through my research after deciding I wanted a tummy tuck. As soon as I met Mr EL Gawad I knew he was the one, he discussed everything with me, showed pictures and videos, to a point that I did not have any questions to ask. He is so friendly and comforting and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Rachel Mr El Gawad’s PA Is such a gem. No matter what time of day she will message you and even gave follow up phones calls before and after my surgery asking how I was feeling. Both give you 100% commitment before and after surgery and really care and support you. I could not have asked or wanted any better. Simply amazing. The results are fantastic and I have been wowed. I am totally in awe of Mr EL Gawad, he it one amazing surgeon and man. I would highly recommend and will be using Mr EL Gawad for further procedures.

Tummy tuck and liposuction

Mr E L Gaward. What can I say about this very talented surgeon? I did my homework and Mr E L Gaward was my first choice of surgeon for many reasons.

After our first conversation, I didn’t want to look at anyone else he explained everything and made me feel safe, and that I would be in the bests ‘hands’ Rachel, his secretary is also very professional and made herself contactable to me at any time of the day and she’s a fantastic asset to Mr E L Gaward.

I will not lie this is no walk in the park as I had a lot of muscle repair and a large amount of skin removed, but I have the figure I had in my 20’s and pre-children. I’m 2 weeks post-operation the pain is still there as expected, my scar looks fantastic and the aftercare I have received from Mr EL Gaward and Rachel has been second to none!

Mr El Gawad listened to everything I wanted and was extremely kind, considerate and patient with me. I always had big breasts but post-menopause I went from a 36dd to a 38g/h cup. Never been able to wear a dress as a size 18/20 top but a 12 in trousers. I hated my profile as my body looked so out of proportion. This year has had cancelled holidays my husband supported me in looking for a reduction. I wanted to stay in the North West due to Covid so began to research a consultant. Price was also a factor in my decision as we had a budget. I came across Mr El Gawad on several sites & having read reviews I rang to make an appointment. I first saw him back in June. He absolutely agreed my breasts were too big but he also after examination that I had an internal hernia & excess skin post 3 pregnancy should also be removed in his professional opinion. He then marked my body what he would do should I opt for both procedures & costs were then emailed. Following discussions And the health benefits these would have I agreed to have the breast reduction, muscle repair & tummy tuck. Due to covid, my surgery didn’t go ahead until early October. I was daunted by such a big surgery but at the same time looked forward to seeing the results. Following my op, I had 2 drains from the tummy tuck for a couple of days. It wasn’t pleasant & for the first 24 hours, I was in a lot of pain. Also my BP was low & sats as my body reacted to the 9k removal. I was closely monitored by the nurses & Mr El Gawad was called out to see me. As my iron was low I agreed to a transfusion which overnight worked making me feel myself again & I was discharged after 3 nights. I knew the risks involved as the comprehensive literature given described possible reactions. I was very much looked after by the nurses & my surgeon. I knew that one nipple was moved with adequate blood flow to it but I needed a graft on my left nipple. 5 weeks on I am healing well & the scars are just fine lines. The graft still has some way to go but is healing from the outside in so all is good. My belly button was also removed as there was too much scared but I have a new one made. I look at myself in the mirror and love myself again. I still have to swell on my torso which in time will reduce wearing the compression garment. The first couple of weeks were tough mainly the muscle repair but pain wise not really noticeable. I started doing things 2 weeks ago again domestically for my children & I am back driving locally. I have wanted this for years and my surgeon making it happen has transformed my life. If your thinking about having this done then I say go for it.

Absolutely amazing! I had consultations at other clinics prior to visiting Dr El Gawad. They told me I needed a breast uplift however, Dr El Gawad raised his concerns with me having a breast uplift and recommended breast augmentation. I chose to go with Dr El Gawad and I was right in doing so. He listened to exactly what I wanted and my boobs are now amazing! The scarring is hidden and minimal plus I’ve never felt more confident! Rachel is absolutely amazing and would do anything for you. The staff at Oakland hospital really looked after me and put me at ease. If I was to have surgery again, I’d definitely go back to Dr El Gawad.

I had a mummy makeover, which for me entailed a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. This is something I had wanted for many years as my stomach had stretched and I had an apron and my breasts had always been large, saggy and uncomfortable, particularly for someone who is only 5ft 3”! I thought the costs were reasonable but looking at the service I have received, the costs were more than reasonable! I chose this clinic as Mr El Gawad had excellent reviews and as I am diabetic, I wanted someone with a very good reputation and Mr El Gawad had many, many excellent reviews.

My first impression of the clinic was very clean, very modern and easy to find. Mr El Gawad was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, direct and very approachable with a gentle but extremely reassuring manner about him. Oakland’s Hospital where I had the operation was excellent also with very good efficient staff in situ and an excellent Covid process in place.

I cannot praise Mr El Gawad and his Secretary, Rachel, high enough....excellent service, good price and very professional, efficient and kind personnel....thank you for all you have done for me.

I had a facelift and it went wrong! I was at my Wit's end as I had facial paralysis.

I contacted Dr Ahmed and he contacted me within the hour! I was in Egypt and he was in Liverpool! I told him everything this guy was so helpful, and he was coming to Cairo. He arranged all the tests I needed was of the greatest support to me and was genuinely concerned. I don’t yet know what the outcome will be as my facial nerve was traumatized and slowly I am getting improvements.

If I need further surgery there is no question about it I will be coming to Dr Ahmed. Such a personable and lovely man who listens.

I have had the most amazing experience, It took me a long time to find the right surgeon but it was sure as hell worth the wait! Mr El Gawad was my last consultation and from the minute we met he was incredibly helpful he knew more than any surgeon I had spoken to, he was so confident he could give me the body I had dreamed of for years!

I had a full abdominoplasty with muscle repair (8cm gap) I had a hernia and liposuction along with mentoplasty! I had 4 children in the space of 5 years my tummy had been through alot. Mr El Gawad’s PA is also super helpful and so lovely! Nothing was ever a problem and I had a million questions before during and after, pall mall was amazing it was clean, the nurses were lovely.

Mr El Gawad even helped me to and from the car on my follow up apt, this is so kind he literally goes above and beyond! I am so happy with my results they are amazing!!

I am so sorry I had waited so long to get procedures done, due to nerves. I was recommended to Dr El-Gawad by a friend. Everything was so simple and straight forward, down to the operation and aftercare. All the staff involved were amazing, especially Rachel who kept me informed with everything, From beginning to end, It was all perfect. Dr El-Gawad made you at ease from the minute you met him, and he answered every question I needed to know and more. I had eyelid, eye bag and Earfold surgery. So if anyone is thinking of getting any procedures done, then I can not recommend Dr El-Gawad enough. 5 star and more.
