I previously had surgery in May 2024 for a nasal fracture caused by impact with a heavy glass door when I was existing some facility. Long story short, the surgery did not go well, they reduced my turbinates—causing breathing problems—and did not fix the curve in my nasal bone, and had a drooping in my nose tip.

I came across Dr. Ashraf's page while searching for a decent plastic surgeon.

The moment I set foot at the clinic I knew I was at the right place. The warm welcome I received from the staff, and the due process in place. The atmosphere in general was comforting.

Dr. Ashraf's communication is was most assuring. He meticulously asked questions about my history, he patiently and transparently communicated with me the issues at hand and made known to me what to expect after the surgery.

For months, Dr. Ashraf guided me, and even personally referred me to ENT to fix other issues and to make sure he can operate cleanly to make the most of the surgery.

After 9 long months living with a cast/splint on my nose to mask the deformations, we went ahead and performed the surgery on February 2025.

The results are simply outstanding. My nose is even better than what it was before, there was a natural hump I had that Dr. Ashraf removed in the process. It was simply a work of art, and the surgery was a breeze.

The level of care in follow-up was unprecedented to me. Weekly visits (or bi-weekly, my situation did not allow for bi-weekly visits), responding to texts and calls at any time of the day for inquiries.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my experience with Dr. Ashraf. Dr. Ashraf, and the staff are all remarkable.

I had a nipple correction and breast augmentation surgery with Dr Ashraf Abolfotooh and I can confirm that it was such a positive experience.

First of all, I almost took the decision that he is going to be my surgeon for this operation from the first visit. He was not only recommended by another trusted doctor, but he showed deep knowledge and understanding in his area of expertise that goes beyond just obtaining an academic degree or practicing for many years. He proved to have developed his own medical approach and was keen enough to publish it in scientific journals and present it at medical conferences. I have been struggling with the inverted nipple since forever and I have visited tens of doctors before but none of them has offered a medical intervention that was as convincing as Dr Ashraf's. He was also very patient in answering my questions and he gave me a lot of his time and attention to help me deciding on the silicon size, he never rushed me or undermined the importance of such decision in any way.

On the contrary, he was always keen in making me satisfied and genuinely happy with the results. Second, Dr Ashraf is not working alone. In fact, he has a quite efficient team that was equally supporting throughout the entire process. They showed a lot of care and shared many useful advices. I remember the day of the surgery, they were all checking on me around the clock. Dr Ashraf himself was always reachable and very responsive. He even arranged a Zoom call the night before the surgery to address all my concerns and make sure I'm comfortable.

Dr Enji (the assistant doctor) was always available and she addressed all my questions before and after the surgery. I spent a night at the hospital and Dr Enji was following closely with all the nursing team over the night which made me feel I'm in safe hands. Asia (the nurse) waited for me in front of the hospital the day of the op and she accompanied my throughout the entire procedures until the OR and after the operation. She is very efficient in her job. Barbra (the PR Specialist) kept checking on me for days after the surgery and she provided a lot of emotional and mental support when I was down, let alone the very helpful information she shared. Ghada (the office manager) is yet another addition to the team. She is always responsive and available to help, and she made my life a lot easier. The entire team is such a pleasure and they offer a quite exceptional medical experience that is warped by mental support and genuine emotional and psychological uphold.

Unlike most of the plastic surgeons out there, Dr Ashraf doesn't have a commercial behaviour towards his patients and their needs. I remember I was also considering a double-chin correction which couldn't be done without a complete facelift but he advised me to wait until I'm older and didn't try to capitalise on the situation and advocate for a second surgery. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Dr. Ashraf Abolfotooh Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Clinic.

I want to share with the followers an excellent experience with Dr Ashraf and his wonderful team. I have undergone a "tummy tuck" procedure that resulted in an absolutely stunning makeover, that, myself, after seeing before and after photos couldn't believe it was me!
