During the consultation, you will be asked about your desired chin size and anything else related to your appearance  that you feel is important.  Dr. Wilson will examine your face in full and will consider such factors as the size and shape, the quality of your skin and the anatomy of your nose, lips, eyes and different facial proportions. You may find it helpful to bring examples of chin sizes from magazines to illustrate  your desired size.

During your consultation, you will learn about the surgery, its limitations and risks, and discuss your needs and concerns.  Dr.Wilson will carefully examine your eyelids to assess the shape of the lids and asymmetries to determine what type of procedure would best maximize your result. The best candidates for a face lift, are men and women whose face and neck have begun to sag, but whose skin still has elasticity and whose bone structure is strong and well-defined. Most patients are in their forties to sixties but face lifts can successfully be done on people in their seventies and eighties as well.

This is the same type of treatment but instead of using synthetic fillers your own fat is used. A donor area usually the abdomen is used to harvest the fat and it is treated first by centrifugation and purification, then injected with a special cannula in the recipient area. It has a much longer longevity than fillers, upto 5 years and maybe more.  Patients who benefit from fat injection are people who desire augmentation or filling of volume-deficient areas. There are several types of liposuction techniques. Traditional liposuction, commonly referred to as suction-assisted liposuction, (SAL), utilizes a vacuum-like cannula to remove unwanted fat after it has been injected with saline.

A recent development in liposuction is the use of ultrasonic waves to melt unwanted fat. The technique, commonly referred to as ultrasound-assisted liposuction, (UAL), uses a cannula-like device to deliver the sound waves to specific areas of fat that have been injected with a saline solution. Once the fat has been melted, it is then suctioned from the body.

Rhinoplasty, commonly referred to as a nose job, is a surgical procedure that can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip. Rhinoplasty may also correct a birth defect or injury, or help relieve some breathing problems. Sometimes certain breathing problems related to the internal nasal structures can be corrected at the same time as nose reshaping is performed.

Rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult plastic surgery procedures to perform. The difference between a good result and a poor result is a millimeter. Rhinoplasty surgery is as much about art as it is surgery.

 There are two types of rhinoplasty surgery, closed rhinoplasty and open rhinoplasty. The closed approach is performed from within the nose with the incision inside the nostrils. The open approach is performed by separating the skin of the nose from its supporting framework of bone and cartilage. The nose is  then sculpted to the desired shape.  There are an infinite number of techniques which can be utilized to sculpt the underlying framework. Sometimes, the position of certain bones may need to be altered slightly in order to make your nose look narrower and straighter. If your nose needs to be built up in some areas, this can be done using nasal cartilage, or perhaps bone or cartilage from another site. The skin and soft tissues then redrape themselves over this new "scaffolding."

Local or general anesthesia is used for patients undergoing liposuction surgery. 

Liposuction surgery is usually performed on an outpatient basis. If this is the case, be sure to arrange for someone to drive you home after surgery and to stay with you for the next 24 hours. If you are undergoing large volume of liposuction, it may be suggested that you be hospitalized even for one night.

Androgenetic alopecia is the most common type of hair loss in both sexes. The hair follicles most typically subject to baldness are in the frontal and crown regions of the scalp, and this is related to the nature of the hair follicles (shorter longevity) themselves rather than the scalp anatomy.  In women, balding may also be a normal physiologic occurrence in those taking oral contraceptives or after parturition. Diffuse thinning over the entire scalp, with more noticeable thinning toward the front of the scalp, involving and sometimes breaching the frontal hairline is the most common type of baldness. 

Hair loss may affect other parts of the body other than the scalp, such as the eyebrow, moustache, beard, pubic area, and newly closed wounds; leading to serious cosmetic issues.
