My appointment went well as far as getting the information I wanted regarding a Tummy Tuck. Office staff was pleasant. Dr. Elmaragy thoroughly explained the surgery and recovery process.

The one thing I was disappointed in was how long I had to wait to see the doctor. I was there for an hour and a half and only saw him for maybe 30 minutes. The fee I paid was worth it because I found out what I wanted to from a doctor and not just from non-medical people.

I had a horrible scar from a previous surgery, Dr Elmaraghy was kind empathetic, and did beautiful work. And unlike other surgeons I saw, he did not point out any of my other imperfections.

The staff are attentive, professional, encouraging and approachable. I would not even dream of ever going anywhere else. I have referred a number of people who have had excellent experiences as well

Tummy tuck done and exceeded my expectations immensely. Never in a million years did I imagine it could be this perfect.

Don't waste your time at this place. They have no consideration for their clients' time and appointment times seem meaningless at this place. They will also double book, change your aesthetician the day before, etc. My aesthetician had me waiting for 45+ minutes at the reception area. There was poor communication about the delay and no mitigation for their obvious scheduling mistake from their part.
