Ms Kirstie Cousins
Biography:
British School of Osteopathy having previously worked for many years as a Sports and Remedial Massage therapist. She trained in Massage at the London College of Massage in 2001 and London School of Sports Massage. Kirstie has worked with many athletes, both amateur and professional, and has particular experience of working with triathletes, runners, cyclists and rugby players. She has also worked with the GB Duathlon team. She is a Senior Lecturer and Tutor at the North London School of Sports Massage. Osteopathy can be used to help with a wide range of conditions. It is best known for treating back and neck pain and associated conditions such as nerve impingements, but is also effective in treating other conditions including headaches, arthritis, sports and other injuries and can be useful in alleviating musculoskeletal discomfort during pregnancy and preparing the body for birth.
