This is the first time I have had to visit a chiropractor and didn't know what to expect. I found the staff all very helpful. The chiropractor explained very well what he was going to do. Some of it was very painful but worth it if it gets results.

I was shown some exercises to try at home and was told it could take some time to get the movement back I found after the treatment the pain was worse is this usual? The pain relief tablets are helping me to sleep at night.
