After not being able to stand upright caused by DIY back injury, I can now confirm that after 4 visits 95% sorted. One more visit to the fantastic Renata and sports massage with Mel.

Two chiropractic treatments with Mandeep has yielded not only immediate relief from chronic back pain and tension but improved gait and posture as well. Highly recommend this practitioner as he works in an Integrative manner, allowing one to take stock of the quality of your health and wellbeing on all levels. Great stuff, thank you, Mandeep.

I have been a few times to cedar tree chiropractor’s, I usually see Ben who is brilliant at his job who I can highly recommend and recently I was treated by Ameen, a lovely lady who has done a fantastic job of helping me with my back issue. After suffering chronic lower back pain and sciatica for 6 years as a result of 2 bulging discs I have finally found huge relief after only a few sessions with Dr Clifford and spinal decompression. If I could describe Dr Clifford in one simple phrase it would be ‘The Back Whisperer’ I’m forever grateful for the pain relief I feel and only sorry I hadn’t discovered Haven Pain Relief Clinic sooner.

I am not really ready yet to give a review of my treatment yet as it is early days. However suffice to say that a couple of days before Andrew, who is one of the chiropractors talked me through my requirements and arranged for me to see Stacey who does acupuncture as well. When I met her she took a detailed history of several areas of pain and was spot on in her assessment. She treated me on the pain sites on that first appointment which pleasantly surprised me. I left feeling reassured and with an exercise to do at home. My next appointment is on Thursday and I am really relaxed and looking forward to it. The choice was because it is not too far from my home and talking to Andrew about Stacey was reassuring. The Clinic was spotless and cleaning was ongoing. Good value!

I have attended the clinic for back and shoulder pain. My physio was Prathap an excellent practitioner and a very nice person. He explained what and where the source of the problem was, then in a straightforward way what treatment was necessary. Two visits and the problem is almost gone. Also given some simple exercises to do at home. Excellent thank you.
