I contacted Paul with Achilles tendonitis, experiencing tenderness of the heel and stiffness in the back of the leg making walking very difficult and painful. I had sprained my ankle 3 months earlier and walking since then had been difficult. An X-ray showed no break. He arranged a speedy appointment after a few WhatsApp exchanges. He advised dry needle treatment and some ultra sound afterwards. This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next day. He followed up the treatment with a suggestion for extra stretching exercises for the foot and ankle, also brilliant and effective. I live a couple of hours away from the clinic but the treatment was well worth the journey. I found Paul online and checked out his credentials. He was very professional and had a nice approachable manner. My treatment cost €60 for the session. Great result.

I've used this clinic regularly, and the service was very good. First set of treatments was for shoulder pain, which hasn't bothered me since. Second set of treatments was for lower back pain, which was harder to treat. But they gave me diet, exercise and lifestyle advice which helps manage symptoms.

Really could not fault. The advice and treatment were by far the best I have received. Would recommend it without hesitation.

As a Nurse Practitioner in a busy hospital, falling downstairs and damaging my back wasn't the best career move to make. This, coupled with increasing pain and limited movement led me to Olwyn. The consultation and diagnosis were swift and not only did Olwyn 'release' the pain in my lower back but she found an old injury in my upper back that had been preventing me from taking a deep breath for some time. I was hospitalised due to my back problem and was advised I needed physiotherapy. I tried getting in touch with the NHS but couldn't get an appointment. I was recommended to Stefan, who is based in Eckington, and I'm so glad I went to him. He has helped me enormously, and I am back to being fully functional. He is very professional and knows his stuff, and worked wonders for me, of which I'm more than grateful for. He has a good rapport with his clients and makes you feel at ease and does his job well.
