Tooth whitening is a simple and safe process by which the staining within the tooth is removed by a process of oxidation. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions before the treatment begins.
An oxidising agent (the bleaching gel ) is applied over your tooth enamel. As the active ingredient in the gel (hydrogen peroxide) is broken down, oxygen enters the porosities within the crystal structure of the enamel and bleaches the stain deposits . The structure of the tooth is not altered in any way, and the underlying dentin layer is bleached too. The tooth then appears brighter and whiter. We are one of the only clinics to use the 3 way lip, cheek and tongue retractors, we provide a new sterile one for each customer. The small plastic device eases your lips and cheeks away from the central area where your teeth and gums are, your tongue sits comfortably in the central cup, so you won't taste the bleaching gel. With cheaper more inefficient devices there is a possibility of your lips or tongue coming in to contact with the bleaching gel. Not all the retractor device is placed within the mouth, the outer loops on each corner of the device remain on the outside of the mouth.We are located off hunters bar roundabout behind Ecclesall rd in Sheffield, behind the Greedy Greek deli restaurant, down the cobbled back rd, within the Deco Complimentary Therapy Centre.

LASER TEETH WHITENING DEAL 2 - Cost £285
Moderate to severe discoloured Teeth
Suitable for those with moderate to severe discoloured teeth due to
smoking and/or heavy consumption of tea/coffee/red wine/aging etc.
Prepay for 3 treatments now, 1 per week (consecutively over 3 weeks) for an optimum result. If you have moderate to severe discoloured teeth and opt for just one single treatment, you will find this isn't sufficient.
There will be a rebound effect a week or so after you have had the whitening treatment, your teeth will rebound a shade or two back after a week
or so, the two further treatments are to counteract this. Always wait a few weeks after completing all of your your whitening treatments before having cosmetic dentistry done
to match your bleached teeth shade.
