My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!
My Wife attended 2 weeks ago to have several small moles removed from her face and neck. She was dealt with by an "absolute gentleman" her words, who reassured her throughout and was so helpful in answering any questions and offering advice. Her face and neck are 99% healed now with a small amount of reddening on the 1 hence my delayed review. I would not hesitate in recommending this place, so helpful, polite and obliging. 5 stars off us *****.
I was overwhelmed by the excellent customer service and professionalism of Wellfield Clinic from the initial consultation to the follow-up appointment. Dr Berry and his team are exceptional and they do really care about their patients! I agreed with the reviews that the clinic has a fair price for the treatments offered. Had an appointment and a consultation. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I was given very good advice. On this occasion the type of treatment I needed was not possible without my doctor's consent. I was very grateful for the level of professional guidance and, in my case, the consideration for my health over a procedure that might not have been in my best interests.
I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well.
