I went to this clinic for laser treatment on my underarms, mainly because I suffered from ingrown hairs, but also because I was tired of the constant shaving which never really left my underarms that smooth. I was a bit sceptical at first as I know there are a lot of scams out there and I didn't really know how effective this would actually be. It turned out to be wonderful! I have fair skin and dark hair so am highly suitable for this treatment as the laser works best in these conditions (note that pale hair and darker skin might not be as effective, but still worth a go). I had 6 sessions which only took about 5 minutes each and noticed the results straight away. I would say now that about 80-90% of my underarm hair has not grown back and those that have are much thinner. I now only need a quick top up shave once every 6 weeks or so to catch the stragglers. Best of all - my ingrown hairs have completely disappeared and my underarms are smooth for the first time! I shall be returning for a top up treatment which is entirely optional as it has now been about 6 months since my last treatment, but this is just because I'd love to get rid of those stragglers. I am so pleased with the results and would highly recommend!
The staff were kind, professional and very approachable. They took safety very seriously and explained everything along the way. I can't recommend them enough!
