Be it a facial, manicure/pedicure or attention for the odd blemish/milia the therapists are very experienced and understanding. Advice and help is given for after care and you only have to ask if you need a treatment that isn't listed - they can probably help with that too. I always look forward to my appointment as it is a really pleasant experience - a real treat that keeps you feeling good for days.
I would never go to any other salon as I doubt you could get the professionalism and service anywhere else. Very pleasant premises with a great calming atmosphere.
