I got treated for warts removal from my face and neck. The clinic uses the Electro Cautery method to remove the disgusting warts. After the doctor-patient conversation, that's me with Dr. Reyes, explaning me first about the procedure and knowing the parts of a human skin and how wart grows. The discussion with the skin doctor made me comfortable and felt no worries, btw this is my 1st time to try a warts removal in a skin clinic.

The staff started to put some anesthesia in lotion form in my facial and neck. Dr. Kaycee suggested that they will put more so that I wont feel the pinch of the electrocautery machine for the wart removal.

I heard how the service goes, but I thought it was laser, but the real thing is it just an electric current or a needle lightning that will kill the wart roots on my skin. We waited for 30 minutes before the wart removal.

Because that I’m a bit nervous for the wart removal procedure, Dr. Kaycee assigned their best of the best staff for my wart removal. I can say that I felt 4 kinds of pinch pain on my neck but everything is good and OK.

I’m impressed that her hand is so light and I didn’t even complained about the procedure.

It was a quick removal process, she got some small warts in my face and then took out the wart skin tags from my neck without any hassle.

The wart removal is swift and smooth. I felt some pain afterwards, but the anesthesia is still present in my neck and face. Dr. Kaycee told me that the wart areas will turn blackish color because of the skin natural reaction to the process, but that’s normal and it will be healed after a week.

She prescribed a cream lotion antibiotic that I need to apply on my neck twice a day. The antibiotic lotion will be applied for 1 week. And then she said that I should go back after 2 weeks for check up and see if there are some warts left.

I didn’t expected that the lotion is expensive in Mercury Drug. But that’s okay. The more important thing is…that the wart removal process is safe, successful and I’m in good hands with Luminisce.

Thank goodness….my warts are gone…

And I felt relieve and fresh… a thing that hard to describe.

For a guy who's not always a visitor of beauty and health clinics, my first session at Luminisce was very satisfying and great. I was a little bit hesitant in getting myself that facial, hair, and tummy treatments but I rely from the good words that I've heard about this clinic from friends who already availed of their services and so I went to see and have the services done on me.

From the time that I arrived at the clinic, I was already feeling that it will be a great experience because the nurses and staff greeted me warmly. Plus I've met Dr. Kaycee Reyes personally and she even carefully explained the services that I was about to avail.

I went their after lunch time and immediately I was escorted to one of the rooms where I was going to be treated. Joy and Levy, the two nurses that assisted me were knowledgeable of the services and they even explained what will happen for the next couple of hours. The treatment went very fine. It only lasted for a couple of hours and after that I went back with my daily routine.

The services that they have are specifically designed for patient's needs (and wants). It was a total satisfaction plus a two-hour pampering session.

I will recommend this clinic especially for those people on-the-go who are busy with their work. A visit to Luminisce wont take long and wont eat up precious time. In fact, a patient have the luxury to choose the schedule of his or her session on his/her free time.

I'll rate Luminisce clinic with a perfect score of 5! The clinic is well-maintained and clean. The staff and nurses are friendly, nice, and accommodating. They also offer a drink and snacks for waiting patients. Thumbs up!

It is my first time to try dermal fillers for my upper cheeks, they have lost volume which made my eyes look tired with tear troughs more prominent and even extended. I like long term solutions versus camouflaging with expensive makeup.
Everything in the clinic, including Dra. Kaycee Reyes made me feel calm and confident of my decision. I booked an appointment and the doctor saw me right away, she allowed me to explain my concerns (even fears) and addressed all of them confidently. I was comfortable enough to express my expectations as well as my budget. The doctor here is very friendly, easy to talk to, and caring.

The actual filler procedure was done in under 20 minutes, I didn't feel any pain at all. Thanks to the proper administration of the numbing cream and I guess doctor is very experienced with this procedure.

3 days after I am very happy about my decision, already planning for the time when I need to go back to maintain results. Definitely this is the clinic I will go to.

By the way, I did search for rate of other clinics and Luminisce rates were very competitive without sacrificing quality and patient experience. No waiting for a long time and it feels like you're home with every nurse attentive to your need from the moment you book your appointment.
