I chose this Clinic on the internet. I had a very pleasant consultation with Jenny on 26 September, when she explained every aspect of my electrolysis treatment. Unfortunately, she was not available at the only time that suited me to begin treatment on 1st October. Siobhan treated me instead and she was equally pleasant and professional. The reception staff were likewise. I thought their fees were reasonable. I have another appointment for tomorrow, 7th October. So far, so good.
I have tried other laser clinics and none is like Urbana both in terms of effectiveness and environment. They make you feel very comfortable and take care of every detail. In particular my therapist Chloe is so kind, friendly and takes great care to make the session as comfortable as possible. On the other hand, if I had something to say to take into account, I would say that the fact that they are so busy (which at the same time is a good sign) is sometimes a bit annoying as you have to book appointments a long time in advance and if you need to move one for whatever reason it is impossible most of the time. But despite that I recommend Urbana 100% and I am very happy to be in their hands.
