The techs at the Mississauga location are very knowledgeable and do their best. They do charge you for taxes if you buy a Groupon and try to sell you a Polishing Scrub and After-Treatment Gel so expect to pay close to $100 at your first visit. The appointments are booked at the end of each treatment and they are usually good at sending a follow-up email or text to confirm the appointment. I have only had one issue with a confirmed appointment so I'm confident it was an error - I still have 4 sessions to go with the client so am hoping the good service continues. Ask for Teresita for Laser treatments, she is the best.

Good so far - purchased the Groupon for a year of a laser on 7 body parts.
