PLEASE NOTE: All spa services are PREPAID and valid for ONE YEAR from purchase date. To reserve an appointment, a credit card purchase is required and will be charged the same day. All spa services and product purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, no exceptions. Special webiste, internet, email offers and special parties are not valid for Gift Certificates or Spa/Salon Wish , Way Spa or Spa Finder redemption. SPA FINDER gift certificates can not be used for purchases on-line.
Special email offers are transferable, share it with your friends. However, purchased spa package services can not be separate and used on separate days or by separate individuals. They are not valid with any other coupons and/or specials. We require 3 notice if you are to cancel. Failure to give 3 days notice or no show will result in loss of rescheduling privileges and a full charge for the appointment. To reserve an appointment, a credit card purchase is required and will be charged the same day.
If you wish to use a Spa/Salon Wish or Spa Finder Gift Certificate or Card, no problem, simply inform the receptionist. We require a credit card on file until the gift certificate is verified and validated. Your credit card will be charged if the Spa/Salon Wish or Spa Finder Gift Certificate or gift card is denied.
