Kim, a native of Kentucky, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa and her Masters from University of South Florida. She has many years of experience in ICU nursing, OR, Transplantation and medical research. Kim began working in the aesthetic field with lasers and progressing into injecting fillers and neuromodulators in 2008. Kim joins the Florida Aesthetics team of providers bringing with her 8 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She has been certified and extensively trained dermal fillers, as well as laser resurfacing, IPL, fractional laser, laser hair removal, [Name redacted], and medical weight loss. Her goal is to educate the patient on prevention, skin care, and the effects of aging. Her primary goal is to help others achieve a radiant, more dynamic, fresher look for their age. Kim works with patients to develop a customized plan to maintain their youthful look and keep a natural appearance. She puts great effort to develop her relationship with patients, and provides full detail of available options, recommends the best treatment and manages expectations. Safety and outcomes are her main priority by ensuring the client is fully informed, understands the pre and post treatment instructions and is compliant with follow up visits.

Olympia is a licensed phlebotomist and is certified in Healthy Eating and Weight Loss with an Associate of Science Degree in Medical Assisting. Since joining Florida Aesthetics and Medical Weight Loss (Date), Olympia received extensive trainings under the supervision of our physicians. She is a passionate weight loss coach and a key advocate in patients’ medical weight loss journeys, helping thousands of individuals through the challenges and triumphs of the sometimes intimidating path to a healthier version of themselves. Olympia listens carefully; develops relationships with patients; and guides, motivates, and assesses their progress. Her goal is to help patients meet their targets through motivation and behavior modification that results in a lifestyle change, sustainable weight loss results, and overall wellness.

Stephanie is a licensed medical esthetician with a degree in CCE/CME “Electroligst and Laser” from the Beauty and Health Institute. Stephanie performs a wide variety of treatments and procedures, including microneedling, chemical peels, rejuvenating facials, microdermabrasion, and acne treatment. She enjoys working with patients to identify their areas of concern, develop and implement a treatment plans, and educate them on post-procedure care to meet their goals and maintain their treatment results. She is caring and is always keen on following up with her patients. Stephanie also has a BA degree in Art Production

Upon graduating from Wayne Fingerlakes Boces, Bianca Marrero began her career as a nurse at a dermatology office in Rochester, NY. Her experience there includes working with board-certified pediatric dermatologists as they treated their patients skillfully and compassionately. Bianca has become passionate about skin care are and treating skin disorders. To meet her goal of becoming more hands-on to help patients treat their skin, she enrolled in the paramedical aesthetics program at Southeastern College (formerly Keiser Career College) once she moved to Florida in January 2012. She completed the program and graduated in February 2013. After graduation, Bianca worked as a licensed aesthetician at a medical spa in Largo, Florida before joining Florida Aesthetics.

Nancy is a Board Certified physician assistant with extensive experience in injectables. She joins the Florida Aesthetics team of specialists brining with her an extensive experience in toxins and filler injections (fillers, treatment for wrinkles, Belotero, Voluma, and Volbella). She has had extensive training under cosmetic and plastic surgeons in Virginia as a part of her rotations where she discovered her passion and talent in injectables. Nancy is certified in advanced cosmetic filler injections and toxins (Treatment for wrinkles), and she is experienced in Kybella injections for the treatment of submental fat (double chin),   plasma-rich therapy injections ([Name redacted]) used for facial rejuvenation as well as for hair growth. She believes her job is to help patients accomplish their natural rejuvenation through cosmetic procedures and proper skincare education. Nancy is a perfectionist and an artist who meets her patients with eagerness to understand their areas of concern and works with them on developing the appropriate treatment plans through education. Nancy completed her BS degree from the University of Colorado, in Denver Colorado, and her MS in Physician Assistant from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk Virginia. She sees continuous education and keeping up to date with advancements in medical aesthetics as key to achieving her patients desired outcomes. Nancy is bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
