This was the first clinic I came across that gave me a good price for skin tag removals and they weren’t too far away from where I live either. It was value for money and there was no scarring. Two of the tags have grown back, but I haven’t had the chance to visit the clinic again. They offered me follow-ups, but I still need to go. Everyone was really good and I can’t fault them on anything. The staff was so welcoming and the service was professional. I recommended two of my friends and both of them have been for their appointments now.

I had an infected cyst on back of my neck - sadly not making much progress through NHS, decided to look for a private consultation and found that Dr Charan offered this service. From the initial call, I felt comfortable that Dr Charan was very experienced in this area - and I was super impressed that he was able to see me that same day, and in the evening, clearly went out of his way to ensure I was seen as quickly as possible. When Dr Charan saw me, he told me the cyst needed removing, due to the infection would be a slightly longer process - in fact, the cyst was much deeper than first thought and Dr Charan spent a long time ensuring the cyst that had burst under the skin was completely removed, not rushing and talking me through what was happening. Cannot fault the level of care and attention on the day and the after care I have received. Very highly recommended and thank you again for all your help!

Cannot speak highly enough of the team at Halo, Mangotsfield. After initially hearing that sadly their beautician was on maternity leave, I was contacted by sms by them to say that they had limited appointment availability available (the lady had not given birth yet) & it would seem they were making some appointments available (she was moving house, how crazy is that leading up to the birth of your child eh?!) & the experience on the day was amazing. Having been recommended to Cokely Cosmetics by friends and family, I decided to book in for my first ever appointment. I was greeted and had been communicating back and forward with Sarah about the best suitable filler for my current lip structure. I was given very good advice and decided to go ahead. I Felt that she was extremely honest with her recommendations that were best suited for myself, many other companies may try to enhance the money they get from you. Throughout the entire procedure, I was checked up on, spoken to and had each segment explained to me. I felt completely comfortable and aware of what was happening. I'm so very pleased with the outcome and would 100% recommend to anyone who wishes to try filler or any cosmetic enhancements. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering how well they are done. I was given information to take away with me and was told to contact her if I should need too. Very professional. Super pleased with my new pout!

Had a mole removed that was very close to left eye, starting to interfere with my peripheral vision. Kate made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and explained everything very well, especially as this was an environment that the majority of men are not used to. I had 10 itchy moles removed from my back. The information provided beforehand was clear and helpful. I was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. The clinic was a pleasant environment. The doctor and assistant were likeable people. I was expecting this to be a consultation rather than actually doing the job, but I agreed on what needed doing and the price and got it done right away. Each mole was treated with an anaesthetic jab which was briefly a bit stingy, but the rest of the process was painless. The treatment leaves some short term wounds that are now healing well one week after treatment. They itch a bit but I am sure that this will reduce and go over the next few weeks. I have been meaning to do this for ages. I am glad I have had it done.
