The proof is in the pudding! feeling invisible is common as you get older or so I thought. Having met shaun we discussed various procedures. I chose peels and treatments for my wrinkles. Having used a number of clinics I decided serenity was a good choice. The best decision I have made in a long time. The proof for me is feedback that I have received from colleagues, family, and friends, so positive and I do not feel invisible anymore. Shaun was so professional and humanistic I felt reassured this guy knows his stuff will be back soon the clinic is lovely and beautiful thank you Shaun.

I had treatment for wrinkles and fillers with Shaun, it was my Birthday present to myself for my 50th Birthday.

It was my first time at Serenity and it wont be my last!! If I could give Shaun 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough for this guy. Not only is Shaun good at what he does, he goes that extra mile which is rarely found today. I hope he realizes how special he is :)))
The procedures I had went well with no pain or bruising. I thought the cheek fillers would be painful but I felt absolutely no pain and only the slightest discomfort.
So for anybody out there hesitating....go for it!!

Being conscious of ageing I had treatment for wrinkles to smooth out my frown line, crows feet and forehead. I found this very effective after 2weeks there was a visible difference.
I was a little nervous at first but found Shaun very knowledgeable and professional

On arrival to the clinic I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who showed me to the relaxing refreshment area. I then met Shaun for a full consultation, He was very professional and experienced which totally put me at ease. I chose Serenity because I had been recommended by various friends and colleagues. Having now been and been happy with my results id strongly recommend to others

After being unhappy with lines sound my mouth and loss of volume in my cheeks I researched clinics and found Serenity, so glad I did. I had fillers administered by Shaun, he explained thoroughly the treatment process and the effect it would achieve. So pleased with the results, which he explained would not be fully apparent until after approx two weeks. Would definitely recommend.

The clinic is very professional whilst also creating a relaxing friendly atmosphere, after meeting both nurses Shaun and Victoria they are very knowledgable and passionate about cosmetic procedures and total customer satisfaction.

I have had both Treatment for Wrinkles and advanced filler treatments in my cheeks and under eye. As I have got older I have lost volume in these areas and/or started to get wrinkles. I would recommend it to anyone, best thing I have ever done as I look so much fresher in the face. Value for money is excellent as the service is highly professional.

I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my treatments. Victoria and Shaun are the best at what they do, always put me at ease and ensure Ive had a thorough consultation so I fully understand any new procedure. I've been coming to Serenity for a few years now, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering any form of non surgical aesthetics. Tori always makes me feel extremely comfortable, is always very friendly, honest and professional, and I come away every time feeling more than happy with my results whether it be lip fillers, chemical peels or treatment for wrinkles on my forehead. Not to mention the gorgeous settings of the clinic. Happy customer.

I visited Serenity Aesthetics initially based on a referral from a friend. I was already using another clinic for my treatment but having been to see Shaun I will never go anywhere else from now on! Thorough consultations, highly professional, very friendly and an overal great experience. The clinic itself is lovely and the positioning of the clinic is ideal being in the centre! The prices are great too, and the treatment includes a follow-up appointment to make sure you're happy with the results. I would recommend Serenity Aesthetics to anyone!

I have really stubborn frown lines. I have tried a lot of clinics in the last couple of years, and none have come close to Serenity Aesthetics.

Shaun is great; he's very friendly and professional. I look forward to my treatment and also catching up with him. I always feel happy with his service and ability to shift these frown lines! The clinic is so lovely; it looks very small from outside, but inside its huge! It's very modern and relaxing. I love it.

Treatment for Wrinkles, Medium Chemical Peel, Massage

I started visiting these guys a few months before my wedding last year. I initially booked in with 2 of my bridesmaids at the day spa and had a really enjoyable pamper afternoon. Both my bridesmaids and myself had Treatment for Wrinkles around our eyes, a chemical peel and a massage. The wedding package was fantastic and i'd really recommend it to any bride to be, Shaun and Victoria created a bespoke package for my bridesmaids and I. I had a face to face consultation prior to the day and both my bridesmaids had telephone consultations so we could discuss the results we all wanted to achieve from our treatments. We were all so pleased with our results that we have all continued to visit the salon regularly for treatment.
As part of our bespoke package we were picked up from our hotel by the London Black Cab Chauffeur service, we arrived at the salon relaxed and stress free. The salon itself is beautifully decorated throughout and it has a really relaxing atmosphere. All the staff are fantastic, really approachable and more than happy to help you with anything. The waiting area in the beauty room is lovely, again it is a very calming serene atmosphere and just encourages you to relax. You can spend time here whilst not having treatments or go to the bar area where coffee, juices and cocktails are all available. At the end of our afternoon we again chauffeur driven back to our hotel.

I had underarm treatment for wrinkles at Serenity and I was really impressed. Shaun fully explained the procedure and potential side effects and made me feel at ease straightaway. He has followed up since and my check in appointment was great as I could see the results. I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone and the price was so reasonable, especially when taking into account the follow up that was included.

The clinic was a lovely environment, right in the middle of the city centre so very convenient! The atmosphere was really nice and made me not want to leave.. the bar and roof terrace was an added bonus especially in the sunshine!

I booked in for a consultation and immediately felt at ease and comfortable with their professionalism.They talked me through everything in great detail I was more than well informed but most importantly over the moon with the results.
I am now a regular customer and have tried a number of treatments...10/10 service.

RMUK day spa is a lovely salon in the city centre, it is newly refurbished and spotless in presentation. I like the fact that the waiting room is out of the way which is very relaxing,you almost forget you are waiting for a treatment. The icing on the cake for me though is the fact that there is a roof terrace bar & even a chauffeur service to enjoy drinks and wind down...luxury!

I Found these guys to take over my treatments in the city centre. They are professional, experienced, reassuring and always do a good job. Most of all they take the time to listen to me & my many questions, I moved away from my last clinic because everything was so rushed. I would definitely recommend seeing these guys.

RMUK Hair & Beauty Salon is an amazing venue. Beautifully decorated throughout & the staff are lovely. If I arrive for my appointment early I can get a healthy juice at the bar. I know RMUK offer a chauffer service too although I have not tried this.
