She qualified as a dental hygienist in Sweden in 1999. She started her career in hospital dentistry which included nursing homes, mental hospitals and prisons. She also lectured oral health care at schools. Bita is qualified for both Clinical caries and periodontitis diagnostic, and dental radiology. She is also qualified in all aspects of tooth whitening and impression taking.
