Dr Gabriela Aguilar is a fully qualified aesthetic doctor with over 6 years of experience providing a wide range of cosmetic treatments. A fully licensed member of the GMC with a Master's Degree in Aesthetic medicine and a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine. Gabriela also has various postgraduate qualifications including a Master's Degree in Inmunutrition.

I only trust my face in the hands of Dr Gabriela Aguilar!!! I have been visiting the Nottingham Clinic for several years and I only ever received the very best advice and care.I've received Peel treatments, treatment for wrinkles and Lip Enhancements. The results have always been natural looking with little to zero recovery time. I also go back for a check up appointments after my procedures so the client care during the entire process is world class. The receptionist is always friendly, helpful and super efficient. Dr Aguilar is extremely professional and competent. Unlike other practitioners I had visited, she actually advises on what is best for the client even if it means spending less or having fewer treatments with her. I suggested something I had read and she showed me why that would be wrong for me. She has helped me dissolve excess fillers I had in the face and I am looking much better and natural.

Even the way she and her clinic manage ensuring a Covid secure environment is efficient, safe without any of the problems I had faced with other clinics.

I thoroughly recommend her.

Dr Aquilar worked on my face over several months preferring to do a small amount at a time. I was happy with that approach and am very happy with the look I have now. It was quite a big job using both fillers and thread lifts which take a while to mature. I am now on a 6-month maintenance cycle.

Very pleased with the results

4.5 50 Thread Lift

Had PDO thread therapy on my face for sagging around the mouth. Very pleased with the results, would highly recommend Dr Gabriela, the procedure was fairly quick and full explained to me, expected the soreness to be worse afterwards I did not need the prescription they provided me with, no bruising at all.

5 50 Thread Lift

Thread lift

I went for a thread lift a couple of weeks ago and I’m so pleased with the results! I've had a few in the past at different places and this has been the best yet. There’s been no bruising (which at other places I had really bad) the results up to yet are brill. Also, Dr Gabriela was very good at understanding and put me straight at ease. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fat Reduction Injections

Intralipotherapy with AQUALYX  is a treatment to sculpt the body. It is not a treatment to lose weight but to shape those areas of unwanted fat that are resistant to diet and exercise or are related to estrogen activity, such as the hips in some women. 

 This is an alternative to liposuction for some patients that are not interested in surgery and it is a permanent treatment which causes the destruction of fat cells in the place of infiltration. This treatment can be performed in any area of access fat, to shape the body. However, the most common areas are the hips, abdomen, buttocks and the so-called love handles, arms, back or chin.

The treatment works best in small areas, and more than one session is usually required, depending on the desired result. There is usually a gap of 3 to 4 weeks between sessions. Following treatment you may experience some bruising and swelling in the treated area, this is temporary and usually lasts only a few days. It is not a painful treatment and involves the use of a local anaesthetic.

Collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid are very important in the appearance of the skin, and the healthy and youthful appearance of the skin depends on the quantity and quality of these proteins. Amino acids are fundamental for the production of collagen. Non-Surgical Nose Job

Silhouette Lift™

This is a non-surgical procedure to lift sagging skin and improve its appearance of the skin. The treatment takes from 45 minutes to one hour. SILHOUETTE SOFT was developed in the USA. Based on experience in suture suspension with cones, used in reconstructive surgery.

Silhouette Soft has a lifting effect due to the cones which pull up the skin and hold it in place.  This treatment also has a regenerative effect which comes from the stimulation of new collagen after the treatment has been carried out. These effects are more noticeable after 3 months and last up to 18 months.

it is a good alternative for patients that want to improve their appearance but don´t want to undergo a surgical facelift, especially in the lower third of the face and neck. There is a marked improvement to the definition of the jaw and an immediate lift of the sagging skin, but the result improves with time, especially the changes to the quality of the skin.

It consists of threads which are absorbable, contain cones so they don't move from the place where they are fixed and help to pull up the skin. The threads are made of Polylactic acid which is completely biodegradable and generates the production of new collagen which helps to tighten the skin.

After the procedure, it is normal to experience some swelling, bruising and redness on the face. It is also possible that some wrinkling to the area may occur but all these symptoms disappear after a short time.

Spider Veins Treatment

Sclerotheraphy is a treatment considered to be the gold standard for removing unsightly thread veins on the legs. Treatment consists of tiny injections into the little red veins which leads to inflammation and causes the veins to constrict and collapse.

It is a fast procedure that takes between 15 mins and an hour, depending of the severity of the veins, and usually requires more than one session. After the treatment the veins can look a little worse but in the course of the next few weeks you will notice the result. With this treatment it is possible to stop thread veins from spreading  but we can't stop them appearing in areas that have not been treated. It is therefore recommended that, following initial treatment, a session is carried out once a year in areas where they are beginning to appear.
