The receptionist was incredibly friendly, and chatted with me before my appointment. The clinic was very clean and peaceful. I very much felt at ease. Dr Nissan Sheth and the nurse were absolutely lovely. They took time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I didn't feel rushed. The nurse held my hands when I was receiving the local anaesthetic. Everything was done in a sterile fashion (I'm in the medical profession, so I would know!), and they were very kind and friendly the whole way through. I was anxious before my appointment, but from the minute I walked in, I stopped worrying because everyone was so professional and knowledgeable that I knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic. Have had plantar wart for twenty years, unresponsive to over the counter treatments and cryotherapy at the GP. The cost was exactly what was quoted to me on the phone. While initially I thought it was a bit expensive, it was similar to other clinics, and I just wanted it done with, as it clearly wasn't going away on its own! Frankly, I've likely spent more money on over the counter treatments over the last twenty years.
