At her specialist Altrincham clinic, BrightNewMe, Dr Sarah Norman offers non-surgical cosmetic procedures and prescription skincare of the highest standard.

All consultations and other aspects of patient care are undertaken personally by Sarah (a fully qualified doctor and aesthetic practitioner), who takes the time to get to know her clients and their aspirations.  Sarah's approach to facial aesthetics is to focus on creating a very natural effect, whilst still removing unwanted lines and wrinkles through use of muscle relaxing injections, dermal fillers and lip fillers (lip augmentation).  Only the very best products, by Allergan, are used.

Sarah is also committed to helping patients improve the underlying quality of their skin, and where indicated recommends the prescription-only ZO and Obagi range of skincare products.  Skin conditions such as pigmentation, rosacea, acne, large pores and fine lines and wrinkles can all be addressed.Other services available include treatments for
  • Migraine;
  • Hyperhidrosis (excess sweating);
  • Blepharospasm;

  • Microsclerotherapy to treat leg thread veins

  • Thermavein (thermo-coagulation) to treat facial thread (spider) veins and a variety of skin lesions (such as moles, warts, skin tags, Campbell de Morgan spots, angiomas, cysts,  milia, Xanthelasma, Spider naevi, Syringomas, dermatosis papulosa nigra, Molluscum contagiosum etc); and

  • Cryotherapy to treat slightly larger skin lesions.

5 50 Dermal Fillers

The clinic was brilliant and I went in for dermal fillers and they gave me candid advice.

I was brilliantly treated and the doctor was absolutely lovely but It could not be done because I already had a permanent filler in my chicks. I went to see if it could be ratified and be moved but she advised me to find a surgeon that could remove it completely because they could react badly with each other. So I went to see another surgeon and the advice was precisely true and honest, its great to see people not after the money but helping patients and I would recommend them to anyone plus it is such a lovely place where they work and my consultation was without charge.

4.5 50 Facial Thread Veins Treatment

Took my time to make the initial phone call, but I'm one happy lady. Sarah works with total care and Understanding, advises treatments and products beneficial to you. Currently having treatment by Sarah for thread/spider veins. Sarah puts you at ease from the initial visit, and continues throughout treatment. Results from my treatment to date; I couldn't be happier. Fantastic difference.

My research on the net led me where Helen on reception arranged my free consultation. Clinic is fresh/modern and relaxing with a good atmosphere.

5 50 Skin Tag Removal

I had a skin tag removed using Thermavein. It was relatively painless, and didn't take too long. After a couple of days, the tag literally just fell off, leaving just a small mark which I'm sure will fade/disappear in due course. I'm very pleased with the result. This is a very professional clinic with friendly, accommodating staff, situated in a very convenient location. Dr Norman herself was very calm and reassuring, and I'm very satisfied with the outcome of my treatment. Highly recommend.

Very reasonable price.

5 50 Dermal Fillers

I had treatment and everything was discussed at length beforehand as well as pictures taken. Sarah really takes the time to know and only recommends products that would enhance treatment. The fact that there's no hard sell in that she expects you to take away info and digest is a demonstration of her professionalism.

Very friendly staff. Ideally situated. Modern, well-appointed rooms and pleasant waiting area. Prices are very reasonable and disclosed in advance. Operates a "recommend a friend" discount policy. Would recommend it.
