Microneedling
Micro needling is a treatment for the skin using eighteen tiny needles on a hand-held electrical pen, it is moved all over the face injecting and infusing product into the skin, product will be chosen depending on what you want to achieve. There are four different treatment serums to choose from and each aid a different skin concern, although the micro needling works on all areas of skin rejuvenation including acne scarring, pigmentation problems, fine lines, wrinkles, expression lines, enlarged/blocked pores and stretch marks, we choose a serum that will better enhance the concern you wish to treat. A topical aesthetic is used on the area to be treated to ensure maximum comfort, and then an AHA peel is applied to the skin to take away any dead skin cells this will allow for maximum absorption of product whilst needling, after the procedure is complete an aftercare cream is applied to the skin for comfort and healing. After the treatment you can expect your skin to appear red looking similar to sunburn and some swelling may occur, the skin usually returns to normal again the day after, but for some people the redness and swelling can last a few days longer, everybody skin is different. Makeup should not be applied for 48 hours after treatment, so you should be prepared for this and book your treatment when you don’t need to wear makeup the next day.
