Over the last 18 months I have had many treatments from Ros including laser, tox, microneedling and profhilo. I had previously seen various other practitioners but since meeting Ros, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Ros put me at ease straight away. As someone scared of needles, I really appreciate how at ease I feel with Ros, who has an infectious, funny personality that distracts me from the needles. I’ve gone from dreading to looking forward to aesthetic appointments. Additionally, Ros is inherently honest and will tell you what you don’t need, as well as suggestions to enhance the treatment. Having ‘never’ had any treatments before, I was a little twitchy around what to expect. I’ve lost the collagen in my skin & I’m looking a bit too old for my liking. I was tentatively looking around to see what I could do to put my smile back in the right place on my face, it has dropped a bit. The ladies at this clinic were very kind, friendly & just talked me through what they could do, what to expect & what the outcome will be. I chose a fat dissolver for my chin & upper arms. The cost was comparable with other clinics meaning I didn’t have travel costs. The clinic is local to me. Louise, the practitioner, knows her stuff. She has years of experience & again, talked me through the process. She too was kind & friendly! I cannot fault them
