I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Ash for giving me back my self-confidence! I had several unsightly lesions on my scalp which had caused me much embarrassment and distress over many years as they were visible through my thinning hair. Although I was told by GPs these lesions were benign (seborrhoeac keratosis) and therefore did not warrant removal, also that I was likely to lose my hair in the process, I was so relieved at my first consultation with Dr Ash when she said she could remove them altogether and I would not lose my hair! She explained the procedure to me and I was completely convinced and excited that at last someone was able to help me feel better about my appearance again! I have now completed the course of treatment, which was painless and I am delighted with the results! Dr Ash was so kind and caring throughout my experience, I felt completely relaxed the whole time. I am now looking forward to receiving further treatment with Dr Ash for my thinning hair. I heard about this clinic by word of mouth and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Ash to anyone, given her professionalism and her value-for-money treatments! Michelle is an excellent aesthetician. I've been coming to her for 3 years after moving away from London and struggling to find a quality and reputable aesthetician. Three months ago I had NeckTite and I am so pleased with my results. From the initial consultation to the procedure and then the three follow up consultations Dr Sagoo answered all my questions, talked through every step of the procedure and put me at total ease. I liked that Dr Sagoo was not pushy but very caring and listened to my concerns. The actual procedure was done in under an hour and pain-free ( I just felt a tugging of my skin) and I went home with everything I needed to recover. Although my neck was bruised and I had to wear a compression garment for three days I was able to carry on with my life. Don't hesitate to book an initial consultation if you are thinking of having anything done as you will get expert advice from a very knowledgeable professional cosmetic doctor! I'm planning on having more treatment and can't wait as it has built up my confidence as I have always been self conscious of my turkey neck but not anymore!

I had my eyebrows microbladed and lip fillers at Serene Skin & Beauty with Laura. She explained everything really well and talked me through both treatments as she did them. I felt totally relaxed with both treatments, and the results were fantastic. I will 100% be going back when I need more treatments or top-ups.

Simply amazing! I have been going to the house of skin now for about 2 years. I started with a course of treatments for acne, which I must say had amazing results!
