I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I done a lot of reseach before selecting Shore Aesthetics. Having had several treatments (HIFU and RF Microneedling) with Camilla, she certainly lives up to the praise that clients give her. She is kind, honest and professional, which is so reassuring when having these kinds of treatments. I need to wait a few months to see the full results of my treatment, however I am already hugely impressed. Camilla truly is an exceptional aesthetician, from her lovely, caring character to also being so educational about the procedures. Her clinic is like a haven, too - very discreet and very private.
