Penny is a skilled psychotherapist who has worked as a coach, therapist and consultant with individuals and business leaders throughout Europe, America, Africa and the Middle East. She now concentrates on her successful hypnotherapy practice in Exeter where she practices clinical and analytical hypnotherapy with adults and children.
Penny is friendly, relaxed and very empathetic, but will challenge your thinking at the same time! She is a very experienced therapist in this wonderfully fast and effective therapy.
She trained with the International Association of Pure Analytical Hypnotherapists and gained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Hypno-Analysis with the Hypnotherapy Control Board (Europe’s largest Hypnotherapy school), and is a IAPH member, an organisation which was established in 1981, and is probably the largest group of Analytical Hypnotherapists. She is also a licensed NLP Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
