Healthy Skin Clinic Phuket

I had to remove several moles and this clinic was great. Customer service was excellent and all staff was really friendly. Everything went as we agreed before and I really got 5-star service here. If I need to remove more moles, this is my clinic!

I’ve been to this clinic several times now, and they’re really good. The first time I went, it was because of their high rating and good patient reviews. I’m very pleased with the results of the Ultherapy I had. The price was worth it and they gave me more than expected.

The hospitality is amazing, and you’re treated like a queen at every visit. The staff are all so kind, caring and genuinely interested in your needs. They even organized lunch and massaged my feet while I had the procedure. The owner was present and he treated me like I was a VIP. It was an excellent experience, and everything was included in the price. I didn’t know I’d be getting the lunch or the massage, so that was a pleasant surprise. They gave me some free facial stuff and we followed up via email afterward. The Ultherapy worked and there were no scars or anything. I love the result, but the best part of my experience was definitely the pampering. It didn’t seem like a business transaction at all. The customer service was just fantastic!

I had wrinkle treatment injections and filler yesterday the staff and Dr were very professional am happy with results so far, but still have alot of swelling under both eyes

My partner and I are on holiday in Thailand and decided due to the bad weather to have some sun spots removed from our faces. After some research we decided on this clinic and we are so glad we did.

We were picked up from our hotel on time and driven 30 mins to the this spotless and welcoming establishment. We were met at the cab by Pat who made us feel welcome and explained the procedure and asked what our expectations were. We met with Doctor Tom who explained what would take place and performed accordingly. We had Fractional C02 on our faces and must say that there was a small amount of discomfort however worth it. Pat and Judy sat with us explaining what to expect. We were so impressed that we went back the next day and had our hands done. A very good job and will be back next year to have Ultgerapy. I wanted to remove 5 flat moles and 1 birthmark removal treatment in my face. My treatment went well, and was handled in a professional manner. Very patient, gentle and well explained staffs.

Not going to lie, I'm afraid of injection (anesthetic), however, the staff knew how to handle with care. In which, it made me feel less pressured and relaxed. In my surprise, the treatment was painless and well treated. Everything was cared and it was better than what I imagined. After the treatment, the staffs explained in detail about the aftercare and treated me with a complimentary drink (always a plus). It was all worth it. All for only 9100 baht.

Everything about this clinic is first class. The staff were very considerate and helpful, I would highly recommend this clinic. I first found this clinic online (United Kingdom), ever since that day I have been in contact with the staff, they helped me get a reasonable price for my treatments. They explained the procedure in precise detail. Even though I lived in the UK, I made plans to visit Thailand, got my treatments done. Also, they helped me with the transfer from hotel to the clinic and back. The clinic was neat and clean and very welcoming. Overall, they know how to take care and treat their patients. Best clinic I have ever been to.

I had the best experience at Radiant Medical! Dr. Potchera responded to all of my emails and right away! He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was very apprehensive about getting treatment overseas (I'm from California) but all my worries were put to rest! I received 5 star treatment in his care, I had a chauffeur, a nurse icing my face before injections, as well as someone holding my hand and massaging my arm, on top of 4 dental blocks Dr. P gave me to numb my lips. The pain was very minimal! It is now 5 days later and I am so in love with the results!! I never bruised and I had very minimal pain as well as minor swelling. I've seen girls lips turn black and blue after injections so I was expecting that but the bruising never came! I had very small thin lips to begin with and now my lips are plump but do not look fake one bit. They are the lips I was born to have :) I also have a follow up appointment with him in a couple days to make sure I am healing properly and that I like my results. Now that is 5 start care!! In the US you would never get that treatment or even a follow up appointment for that matter! Thank you Dr. Potchera and your team!

The results are okay, I would have preferred more time for a follow up consult. The price was very expensive actually more than in Australia. I was well looked after, but far to expensive. If you are considering treatment, give yourself time. I only had a few days.

I ended up getting more work done than I originally intended, however the price was very reasonable and the staff were friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. The clinic itself was beautifully presented and the pick up and drop off service was brilliant.
