My treatment is starting tomorrow.
I had an assessment yesterday; first treatment appointment will be tomorrow.
First impressions: very professional, welcoming, offered a refreshing glass of something cold upon arrival. I noted all staff who passed through the reception area made eye contact, smiled and greeted me; something that is very rare in my experience here in Argentina!
Everything was explained very thoroughly, diagrams drawn and even English is spoken, just for my benefit; very much appreciated.
So far I rate this clinic very highly for customer service and professionalism.
