I wish I could remember the name of the lady. There was one lady who helped me so much from day 1 till I left. She was helpful, kind, joyful with a beautiful smile. She was with me in the hospital and came to the hotel many times to check. Everything from A to Z deserves 5 stars and the lady who was with me all time deserves 10 stars alone.

I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.

Hi all, Well mine is a bit of a strange story and I don't know how common my situation is. 10 years ago I had a Gastric bypass on the NHS and it worked great, I lost close on 75kg. However, during lock down, like so many others out of boredom I drank lots of alcahol and started getting back in bad eating habits and put on over 30kg. I have been home nearly a week now. Feeling fabulous all staff were very professional Dr Ali was amazing, I've had weight issues for 25 plus years so decided surgery was my last option after being diagnosed with diabetes. I had a very good experience with this dentist! They did an amazing job on my teeth and they are all so kind and care so much for their patients. All the doctors that worked with me were really careful and treated me right! I won't lie though the only reason I put 4 stars is because they took too long to work on me. But with the outcome it was worth the wait. The lady that set up my appointment and assisted me was so sweet and did a great job with customer service (her name is Sally). Overall I definitely recommend this place to others who are looking for a change in their appearance but don't know who to go to, you should for sure check this place out!!!
