After suffering all of my adult life with being overweight and then progressing to being obese and with no prospects of being offered bariatric surgery through the public health system in New Zealand. I was not disappointed, I was met at the airport and transported to the Somerset apartments. Again very happy with the accommodation and the welcoming and friendly staff. However, I have to say that the Destination Beauty staff, who are located at Somerset and at the hospital office too, were both friendly, caring and nothing was a bother for them.
