I had been suffering from ligament and tendon problems in my knees for several months. My knees then became inflamed and swollen and walking was very painful. I'm so glad I visited this clinic as the treatment I received has enabled me to walk without discomfort and take up exercise again.

Over four treatments of acupuncture, cupping and massage, the swelling and inflammation disappeared and my tendons and ligaments relax. The treatment was professional, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

Following a fall down some stairs, pains caused by damaged internal soft tissue were affecting my lower back, hip and all down one leg. Because I was walking with great difficulty using a metal frame, Ping kindly came to my house. I have always been nervous about needles but was made to feel completely at ease, finding the whole experience to be a surprisingly pleasant one. Not only was I given acupuncture, but the Infra lamp felt wonderful and I had Moxibustion, Cupping and a Tui Na massage which felt marvellous.

I look upon my treatment as a real turning point in my recovery. Afterwards, I could walk unaided, and the following day was able to dispense with the walking frame. I would never have thought of this treatment if I hadn't been attending Ping's Qi Gong classes and had complete faith in her personally. I have suffered from osteopathy and osteoarthritis back pain for many years. Using a pain medicated patch and taking co-codamol have interrupted my sleep, memory and bowel actions. I have fed up with this. I was recommended the PJ Vital Health Clinic by my friend, I came to Ping for an alternative treatment. I was told Ping's acupuncture is different from others because she is also a Qigong practitioner and instructor. She uses qi-acupuncture during the treatment. This makes her treatment more powerful and better effect than normal acupuncture. I doubted initially. However, after one treatment, 70% of my back pain has left me. Since then, I have reduced the dose of the pain medicated patch from 62mcg a couple of weeks ago to 50mcg now; and I have never needed to take co-codamol any longer. It's amazing. Ping has definitely magic hands. I strongly recommend Ping's treatment and I have booked more treatments for eventually stopping my medication.

The Clinic is quiet, tidy and with soothing music. I felt calm and relaxing during the treatment.
