I specialise in women’s health especially fertility, gynecology & pregnancy. By enhancing your overall health, you improve the health of your reproductive system, customized diet and lifestyle plans lay the foundation for a healthy pregnancy.

Acupuncture & Naturopathy work to and maintain the body’s natural balance by stimulating its own healing response. The aim is to treat the whole person, so it can be effective for a wide range of problems — physical, mental and emotional.

I firmly believe in treating the ‘whole person’ by using a combination of natural healing techniques including nutrition, diet, lifestyle advice, in conjunction with Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I’d been to Dr Helena before a few years ago, so I returned for acupuncture treatment. Their services are very good. I was charged the online price and knew exactly what I’d be paying before I went in.

It’s a lovely clinic and Dr Helena is such a wonderful person. I’d recommend her to others. Definitely a 5/5!

I'd usually get bad anxiety

I think the acupuncture helped me a lot. In situations I'd usually get bad anxiety, I found my heart wasn't beating as heavy and was a lot calmer.

She graduated from The College of Naturopathic Medicine with a Diploma in Acupuncture and Naturopathy and received the prestigious Clinical Excellence Award for my outstanding Acupuncture work. She is a licensed Acupuncturist and a member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association of Ireland (AFPA) and as such she fully comply with Association’s Code of Ethics and Best Practice.
