Cannot recommend Brian of The Cottage Clinic enough! I went in with really bad knee pain at the start of a weight loss program that required an hour’s walk every day. I could barely go up the stairs at home at that stage. 12 weeks on and after regular treatment from Brian, I am walking well over an hour a day and I totally forget the pain some days!
