I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was aware of all my options. Joseph made me feel like I was in good hands, and I really appreciated his kindness and compassion. I chose to do my egg freezing at Serum IVF in Athens after meeting Doctor Yannis and Embryologist Sofia who put me at ease. They genuinely care about their patients and I had very positive experience throughout. Everything was discussed clearly and at no point was I rushed. Dr Yannis and Embryologist Sofia are the nicest doctors I have met, they cares of each step of the treatment, goes through details and made feel well taken care of. The nursing team, especially midwife Chara, were truly wonderful and always available for any questions or concerns, no matter the time of day! Thank you everyone in Serum IVF, you all made my IVF treatment easy and memorable.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

The treatment was excellent compared with the treatment we had in Ireland over a period of 5 years. Straight to point, no waffle pregnant on second egg donation attempt. Everyone was very helpful Elena and Dr Thanos especially now we have a wonderful son just wish we had have found out about them before trying in IVF clinic in Ireland.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Dr Harry and the team have been amazing to me throughout my IVF journey. I honestly didn't think I would be pregnant sitting here writing this review given the odds in my situation due to my very low amh and being told by other clinics to consider donor eggs. I can say that Dr Harry did not ever mention these options to me and made me feel at ease during the whole process, being there to answer all my questions at any time during the day was very easy to get hold of. I cannot thank him and the team enough for everything they have done for me and for understanding my situation. I will forever be grateful as my IVF worked the first time around and I am still gobsmacked. If you are in doubt about what clinic to use I would highly recommend to stop looking and using Pelargos. I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. We had been trying for 5 years and tried the UK system first and felt like a chicken in a farm. It was very impersonal and commoditised. We wanted a bit more care and attention and as my wife is Greek so via whatclinic we reached out to Ioannis and what a revelation. We had his personal email and phone contact and maintained a regular ongoing dialog. We actually had someone to work with to discuss and find a solution as opposed to just selling us a package. Even though we were in the UK and Ioannis in Greece it was very easy to keep in touch and it was a partnership to achieve our goal, and not just a transaction. We had easter, summer and winter for our trips and IVF rounds, and on this front, the UK would have been easier, but Ioannis went above and beyond each time to try to find solutions that worked for us. We now have 2 beautiful babies (twins) and we can't thank Ioannis enough. Even if our latest attempt didn't work, we felt in safe hands with Ioannis and confident that he would support us every inch of the way to find a solution. You need trust and a true partnership during these stressful times and we couldn't have asked for more.

I was looking for an appointment in Greece even though I live abroad. Dr. Andreas has helped me tremendously and responded to me in a timely manner. I appreciate his behaviour and I recommend his clinic for all foreign patients.

I had Labiaplasty four weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m delighted with the results, I look and feel great!
