I had a Sports Massage with Jenny at Comfort Health. She was very thorough with her assessment and provided a brilliant Sports Massage followed by some good tips to keep me injury free. She was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be going back! The clinic itself was lovely! Very warm and welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in. A nice waiting area and a good cup of coffee before we started!

I’ve a number of back pain issues that have plagued me for many years. I’ve tried everything including medication and various physio sessions. I work in the NHS and was recommended to try a chiropractor by a colleague. I’m half way through my treatment plan and the improvement in my movement and relief from daily pain has been startling in such a short time. It’s a great beginning on a long journey. Lily spent time listening to me and understanding all my health problems and is always willing to tweak the treatments at every session depending on what pain I’m having. It’s hard work but I have improved so I’m genuinely grateful. I’d recommend the treatment plans. You can save but the main thing for me is being able to plan ahead. Thank you for all your help.
