This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)

I did a hair transplant at the Transes hair transplant 5 weeks ago. The preparations were fine and very clear, there was good reception and transport. I was told about this clinic from a friend who had a very positive hair transplant result. I contacted them and everything was made simple and easy to understand. I eventually arrived at the clinic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained again. The aftercare was very good too. The cost was very good (especially compared to my home country). But just be aware there are other cost to consider. If your hair is too thin on the sides or back, then you will have to take it from the beard which is extra. And there is also an extra if you want the sedative (numbing injections). They do give you aftercare products but if you want more longer-term ones, they are extra. But that’s capitalism and we all understand that. (They also do dental work if that’s something you would be considering. I didn’t). All in all, I would recommend this clinic. Everything went very smoothly.
