Nothing but good words for this clinic. I arrived from Australia and had my hair replaced with 4500 grafts. Everything from the get-go was very easy. I was worried that the process would be difficult but actually, it wasn't. I was given instructions from start to finish by the very friendly staff at Transes. 6 months on and my confidence has really come out, I don't wear a hat anymore to cover up by baldness and the hair is growing very well. This incredibly talented cosmetic surgeon has truly transformed my life. Their skill in sculpting beautiful smiles is unmatched. Despite finding many dentists in the USA, the costs were exorbitant, around $2,000 per tooth on average. Unable to afford my local dentist, I explored other options. My cousin's experience at Medhera Health Clinic in Turkey was exceptional, with costs significantly lower. Dr. Burak patiently addressed all my concerns, and I ultimately decided to go. The care and staff were outstanding, using top-quality materials like E-Max. Even my US dentist acknowledged the excellent work. Traveling to Antalya was a delightful experience, with a charming boutique hotel and great dining options within walking distance. Exploring the city, visiting the mall, and indulging in a spa day made it unforgettable. It's truly the best decision I've ever made, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering similar treatment abroad.

I was well looked after. Right from talking to Asli on the phone, to my arrival at the clinic, and meeting Dr Oznur and all the other members of the staff, they were all lovely. Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

I found Dr Mantse back in 2015 after many weeks of researching clinics around Europe, I decided flying to Budapest for my transplant was the best choice. To say I was satisfied with my results would be an understatement!! Every barber I went to since couldn’t believe I had a transplant, they said they get many men in for hair cuts that have had transplants and it’s usually very obvious, but with mine you would never know. After a number of years, I felt I wanted professional advice on whether or not I needed a second procedure, so I went to a very reputable clinic in Ireland for advice. At this consultation there was 2 Dr’s from Greece at the clinic for the weekend doing procedures, they both came to review my hair and asked who done my previous transplant, they told me the work was exceptionally good, this I already knew but hearing it from the professionals confirmed it. Dr Mantse is genuinely in a league of his own, he is so invested in his work and wants the very best results possible, he is meticulous. From the first point of contact right through to treatment, you are made to feel very comfortable, informed and relaxed. When I returned after my last treatment, months had passed and Dr Mantse reached out to ask how I was, and to check in on the results. I am back in Budapest now just finished my second procedure and I am so happy with how it went. I have friends who have gone to many clinics around Europe and weren’t 100% happy with either their experience or their results. If your thinking of having a transplant and unsure of who or what is best, I would strongly recommend coming to Dr Mantse to achieve the best results. In addition to all of the above, The prices in comparison to other clinics are extremely competitive. 5 stars all the way 👌🏽
