I chose to do my egg freezing at Serum IVF in Athens after meeting Doctor Yannis and Embryologist Sofia who put me at ease. They genuinely care about their patients and I had very positive experience throughout. Everything was discussed clearly and at no point was I rushed. Dr Yannis and Embryologist Sofia are the nicest doctors I have met, they cares of each step of the treatment, goes through details and made feel well taken care of. The nursing team, especially midwife Chara, were truly wonderful and always available for any questions or concerns, no matter the time of day! Thank you everyone in Serum IVF, you all made my IVF treatment easy and memorable.

I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. Out of due diligence, I had consultations with other doctors to ensure I wasn’t jumping the gun. That further cemented my decision and I knew I had made the right choice. I did consultation and hysteroscopy surgery through Dr Anastasios. He's a good listener, encouraging, kind and very good with his job. Am so glad!! Finally having a doctor that understands and can explain well my concerns of fertility journey here in Greece.
