Hello everyone I just want to share my experience with Catchlife. I had a gastric sleeve on 2nd August. From my first contact with them they were professional and accommodating. The coordinators were excellent, answering all of my questions completely and putting my mind at rest. Once in the hospital the pre operative tests went smoothly. After the final test of an endoscopy I was asked if I still wanted to proceed. The surgery went smoothly and the coordinator was on hand for any needs that I had. The associate professor who did the procedure visited me a few times to check on me. I 100% recommend Catchlife for your bariatric needs. I was given dietitian paperwork to bring home as well as blood reports.

I am very impressed with all their work since we arrived everything has been beyond what I expected, from the driver to the nurses and doctors, everyone gave me an exceptional experience, my surgery was 1 month ago and even though I was nervous they relaxed me and take care of me more than I was expecting. Now after 1 month post-operation I have managed to lose 21kg, I am very happy as I know I have made the right choice. Also I am very pleased with the support that I have been receiving from the whole team.

It was perfect in all aspects from meeting at airport, accommodations and the procedure it self. Very professional service we did not have to worry about anything and the follow up after. The operation was great. Even after we went back to USA we are so happy to choose them.

I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I was introduced to this clinic from friend of mine that I know for many many years. And he highly recommended this place. Actually I was scared a little bit if it's gonna be painful but actually it was completely different than what I thought. I am satisfied and I also highly recommend anyone for a great job from the staff. The coordinator is one of the guys that you can become friends for life time, making you comfortable through all the procedure. And from the receptionist to the nurses, and doctor I have no bad words that I can say because whatever I say will not just be enough for the great service I received. I had a great experience. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. I have had eye surgery this week to replace my lenses for both eyes, with the Refrakcni Centrum in Prague. The staff there are all professional and charming. Dr Novac explained the choices and processes for my treatment very clearly, and we agreed a treatment plan together. So far the treatment has been trouble-free and my sight is improving day-by-day. It is only a few days since my final operation, so if things either continue to progress or do not, I will update this review.

I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. Hii! I'm Inara from karachi pakistan and I visited florence Nightingale Hospital, last year in Oct 2022, for my father's kidney transplant. My mom was the donor and my father was the recipient. Just had lens treatment for my eyes with unbelievable results the next day Dr Eser was a fantastic surgeon with no pain whatsoever and a really fast recovery. Using eye drops as they tell you then speedy recovery do not need my glasses anymore. Barak is the one who looks after you when you get there great man and caring and the clinic is spotless NHS you can stick it this clinic is on a different level trust if you want eye lenses or any eye surgery go to Orbit Clinic you will not regret it

This is a five start review for an exceptional team and an exceptional service. Time Plastic (Elsa) was recommended to me by two British friends living in Egypt. I benefitted from tummy liposuction and gynecomastia surgery.
