I have been going to Dr Ban for several years now. She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, understanding, kind and considerate and such a lovely lady indeed! She is most accommodating and flexible with appointments and follow ups which is great and always a really pleasant experience and one I look forward to! Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes. Was given full aftercare and a follow-up call the next day. Thank you Thornhill Team, AMAZING!!

I work in Central London, so the location and flexibility of this clinic were great. I went to them to have a wart on my hand removed. They were fine, and I had no issues. More than happy with the results after just one treatment. The procedure is relatively painless. They just freeze your hand and everything is over in 10 minutes. I was offered follow-up treatment but didn’t go back. I’ll need several more sessions to get rid of the wart completely, and I don’t think it’ll still be value for money if I return.

I don't have any treatment yet, but the doctor is an amazing support for me whenever I write to him or communicate with him. He is still here for me, very patient and consistent, he always explains everything to me. He is a great support in this journey. I always have prompt answers to everything. thank you very much. I recently traveled to Budapest for upper eye surgery I can’t stress enough how happy I am with the results. I am from Scotland and found the surgeon was so friendly and put me at ease. They had a translator at hand, him and his wife both were lovely and talked me through the surgery. The surgeon is really good and I would recommend that people should travel for surgery as it’s not as frightening as you may think plus you get a holiday. Also I am totally happy and look younger and feel amazing so go for it if you want to feel and look younger.

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.
